Unfortunately, more often than none, these offenses catch us off guard and disrupt our well-being with no end in sight. I believe in trusting the process but the "process" takes an amount of patience that can feel heavy and suffocating. What can we do? We have to trust that what happens to us happens for us. Having patience is a superpower. It takes more energy to navigate through troubled waters than to walk on land.
